3-D Manipulators

Manipulators are designed to rigidly hold your parts and maneuver them in 3 dimensions. Our pneumatic systems automatically make even your heaviest, bulkiest items weightless to your operators. Items on your shop floor that used to take 2, 3, 4 or more workers to move can now be moved by one person - all day long. Our systems make it easy for your parts to be flipped, rotated or pitched up or down. 3-D Manipulators are available in dozens of different configurations including Pneumatic, Electric or Hydraulic Lift with any type of end effector tooling or grippers you can think of. Floor or ceiling mounted, portable base or press mounted, overhead rails - we can do them all.

Articulating Arms

Articulating arms are similar to manipulators and have the same control and lift functions. The important difference is that they are used primarily for parts centered on the drop link rather than cantilevered or overhung. Depending on the application Articulating Arms can be less expensive and smaller than 3-D manipulators.

TDA Buddy VAC

Vacuum gripper lifting systems for simple pick and place of bags, boxes, glass, wood, etc. These systems make pallet loading and unloading an easy one person operation. 80 lb bags of cement? Plastic pails of paint, chemicals or food items? No problem with TDA Buddy VACs

TDA Little Buddy

Is press safety an issue in your facility? TDA Little Buddy is a simple vacuum pick up device that keeps your workers from reaching into presses to adjust or retrieve out of position parts. Presses don't have to be shut down or blocked any more when a TDA Little Buddy is available. Inexpensive and easy to use way to increase output while reducing injury.
